Intellistars ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Durham, NC. The role focuses on developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities, with collaboration among families and professionals.

You will conduct assessments, collect data, and ensure ethical, HIPAA-compliant documentation while staying current with ABA research and best practices. This is a hybrid remote position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active licensure.
• Experience with behavior intervention plans and assessments.
• Strong communication with families and school teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure cohesive behavior management.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles and techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to measure intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Stay current with research methods in applied behavior analysis.
