Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA-based interventions for children and individuals with disabilities, coordinating with families and educators for consistent care.

Responsibilities include assessments, plan implementation, data collection, and staff training while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst with strong background in ABA.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles and techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with research data collection methods and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
