The position offers flexible scheduling in a hybrid remote setting with Atlanta-based commuting, competitive hourly pay from $80 to $95, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals for cohesive behavior management.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles and techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to measure effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with research data collection methods and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
