Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• 3 years of Clinical Experience.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to staff and RBTs.
• Collaborate in ethical, trauma-informed care with neuroaffirming approaches.
