Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Florida is urgently hiring a BCBA/BCaBA to join a clinic-based team that prioritizes work-life balance and client-centered care.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, train parents, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams. The role offers flexible scheduling and strong leadership support.

Full-time or part-time positions with 35 hours/week and 28 billable hours weekly, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA certification required
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing parent training, and assessing skills repertoire and maladaptive behaviors to design, implement and monitor behavior support programs for children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and other behavioral/developmental challenges

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.
