Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-A certification required.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and training parents, plus assessing skills and behaviors to design and monitor behavior support for autism and related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.
