Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and oversee implementation by behavior technicians.

Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, parent training, and close collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with board eligibility or certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or closely related field preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analysis of behavior data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavior analyses.
• Design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Oversee implementation by behavior technicians with fidelity.
• Collect and interpret data to inform progress and program adjustments.
