Job summary

Avid ABA in Flint is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Autism Services team. You will conduct behavior assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and train parents while mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care for families.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required and current licensure.
• Experience supervising BTs/RBTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop and supervise ethical, assent-based treatment promoting client outcomes.
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• Supervise BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity via BST.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver behavior analytic services aligned with treatment recommendations.
• Supervise student program employees, providing mentorship.

BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments and data analysis.
• Develop and supervise treatment that incorporates assent-based, ethical, and trauma-informed practices, promoting client engagement, autonomy, and meaningful outcomes
• Provide parent training and case supervision.
• Complete supervision and training of BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment integrity through the use of behavior skills training.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care with the families receiving services.
• Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services that align with treatment recommendations.
• Primary supervisor for employees enrolled in the student program, while providing them with supervision, guidance, and mentorship.
