ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a BCBA to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs across clients. This role requires BCBA certification, a Master's degree, and a commitment to supervise RBTs and staff in clinical interventions.

Relocation support is available; the position is full-time in San Juan, PR with opportunities for professional growth and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug and driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference/functional/staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
