Job summary

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Travel BCBA Program in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This full-time role requires supervision of RBTs, functional assessments, and implementation of skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, with monthly travel to Puerto Rico.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85K–$100K based on experience, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to grow within a supportive, data-driven organization

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and active BCBA certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Must initiate state licensure process prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
