ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to delivering life-changing outcomes for children and their families in the San Juan area. We offer a starting rate of $85,000 per year with a relocation package up to $15,000.

Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education. The role includes supervising RBTs and caregivers and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification active.
• Initiate state licensure process if required by the location.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
