Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our in-home, school, and community-based teams in Arizona. Earn up to $150K annually with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and robust support that prioritizes clinician growth and balance.

As a BCBA, you will supervise BTs/RBTs, design ABA curricula, analyze data, and train families and staff while collaborating with a supportive clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality care for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• LBA licensure required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
