Job summary

Succeed ABA in Phoenix, AZ is hiring licensed BCBA clinicians to lead ABA programs across in-home, school, and community settings. The role focuses on supervision of BTs/RBTs, curriculum design, data-driven progress, and close collaboration with families and staff.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus and earning potential up to $150,000 per year, with weekly pay and flexible caseloads designed to support balance, growth, and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
