Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy across clinic, in-home, and in-school settings. The role emphasizes working with Medicaid, private and commercial insurance clients while staying current on MCO changes.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and collaborate with families and school staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Familiar with Medicaid and private/commercial insurance impacts.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and work across clinic, home, and school settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy across clinic, home, and school settings.
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with proper ABA interventions.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and professionals.
• Stay informed on Medicaid and MCO changes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, billing, and insurance.
• Participate in team meetings and service development.
