Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Downey, CA for evening shifts (1:00 pm - 8:00 pm). The position offers a salary range of $82,000 - $87,000 per year plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The team designs ABA programs for children with autism and delivers life-changing services with over 20 years of leadership in the field. Applicants should hold a BCBA with a relevant master’s degree and have hands-on experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS,

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
