A leading provider of ABA therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team in Oregon City. This role offers the opportunity to design treatment plans while receiving strong back office support. The ideal candidate will have a valid BCBA certificate and experience working with children diagnosed with autism. This position provides a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, generous benefits, and flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing ABA therapy and individual treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise and train behavior technicians.
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and assess functional behaviors.
• Design and supervise treatment plans for clients.
• Train staff on individualized behavioral support strategies.
