Job summary

Applied ABC in Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, with per diem hourly pay and hybrid/in-person options.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, ensure HIPAA compliance, and contribute to growth as we expand Iowa centers.

Qualifications

• BCBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism.
• Strong data collection and progress monitoring.
• Familiarity with educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Implement ABA techniques to improve skills.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across settings.
• Provide training and supervision to staff.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Participate in intake, goals, and ongoing assessments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports.
