Job summary

CIRCLE CITY ABA OF IOWA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver exceptional care to clients. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, including remote work options, and a focus on work/life balance without nights or weekends.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee staff to ensure high-quality care for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, including PTO and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field is mandatory.
• BCBA Certification is essential with preferred supervision experience.
• Minimum of two years working with children or young adults with Autism required.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessments for clients.
• Development and monitoring of treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to staff.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings for communication.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
