Job summary

Applied-ABC-1 in Des Moines, IA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This in-person/hybrid role offers per diem hourly pay and opportunities to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA licensure required
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Implement ABA techniques to promote skill development and reduce maladaptive behaviors
• Collect, analyze, and document data to monitor progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals
• Provide training and supervision to staff to maintain high-quality service
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of medical records
• Participate in intake, set treatment goals, and conduct ongoing assessments
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress reports
