Job summary

Midwest Autism & Therapy Centers, LLC. is seeking passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our centers in the Greater Des Moines area.

We maintain reasonable BCBA-to-client ratios to ensure meaningful supervision, up-to-date treatment plans, and high-quality therapy for every client. Our 1:1 therapists work with RBTs and coordinate care with families and related providers, supported by stable schedules and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in Iowa.
• Minimum 1–2 years of ABA experience (preferred).
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice aligned with BACB Ethics Code.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to 1:1 therapists and ensure treatment plans.
• Conduct caregiver trainings and collaborate with related service providers.
• Maintain client data and progress reporting using clinical software.
• Ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.

Education
