A caring behavioral health organization is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$115,000+, relocation packages, and flexible scheduling options. BCBAs will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise support staff in a collaborative environment focused on improving the lives of children and families.
Qualifications
Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
