Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA if applicable by state.
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Experience working with children and families in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
