Qualifications
Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA if applicable by state.
Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
Experience working with children and families in ABA.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
