Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Odessa, TX is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, permanent role. You will provide clinic-based ABA services and supervise treatment implementation with families.

Requirements include a Master’s in Behavior Analysis (or related), BCBA certification in good standing, and Texas licensure; minimum 2 years’ experience with autism. Compensation is $80,000–$90,000 with strong benefits, PTO, and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Board certification and in good standing as BCBA.
• Current Texas BCBA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Write behavior intervention plans and initial/treatment plans.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide caregiver trainings and attend team meetings.
• Maintain BCBA certification and licensure.
