Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinic-based ABA team. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, family collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board certification and in good standing as a BCBA
• Must obtain and maintain current BCBA licensure in Texas
• Minimum of 2 years working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to patients and families
• Supervise implementation of treatment plans
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets
• Develop and write initial treatment plans and update per insurance guidelines
• Implement and supervise data collection systems
• Provide behavioral support in interdisciplinary settings
• Report patient progress toward goals and oversee discharge plans
• Conduct parent/caregiver trainings monthly and group trainings as needed
• Attend department and staff meetings
• Maintain BCBA certification through continuing education and licensure
