Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center in Michigan is seeking BCBA Clinical Supervisors for remote/hybrid supervision of in-home ABA services. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, and potential to grow into full-time.

You will conduct telehealth supervision, complete monthly in-person visits, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and ensure quality care across Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa and Genesee counties.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.

Supervision Responsibilities:

BCBA Requirements:
