Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA Clinical Supervisors for part-time in-home services with remote/hybrid supervision. Flexible scheduling and a clear path to growth are available, with a focus on clinician support, work-life balance, and ongoing professional development.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs and collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA license (if applicable).
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
