Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA Clinical Supervisors for part-time opportunities with potential to grow into full-time roles. We offer a remote/hybrid supervision model, flexible scheduling, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

The role includes supervision responsibilities, collaboration with families, and mentorship of RBTs and Behavior Technicians, with afternoon/evening availability required to support client scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active LARA license if applicable.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in‑home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well‑being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.
