T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA/BCaBA supervisors for remote/hybrid, part-time roles with potential growth into full-time positions.

The role offers flexible scheduling, collaborative clinical and administrative support, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires. AFTERNOON AND EVENING AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED to support client scheduling needs across multiple counties in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with good standing.
• Active LARA license and ability to conduct supervision.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs looking for part-time opportunities with the potential to grow into full-time roles. We are a growing ABA provider that prioritizes clinician support, work-life balance, and professional growth.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.

Supervision Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
