Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking BCBA/BCaBA Clinical Supervisors for part-time, remote/hybrid supervision with flexible scheduling. The role focuses on supervision of Behavior Technicians and RBTs with monthly in-person visits and telehealth oversight.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires and there are growth opportunities in a supportive clinical team.

• Active LARA License.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.

• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.

About the Role:

T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
