Qualifications

• Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
• State licensure is necessary when applicable.
• Experience in ABA is preferred, especially for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and individualized treatment plans.
