Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid position in Hazleton, Luzerne County. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based ABA services, manage a caseload of children ages 2-18, and supervise up to 5 RBTs. Qualifications

• Required BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Experience with ABA is preferred, especially RBT background for new BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
