Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models is valued.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
