Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and care providers for cohesive support.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
