Able Autism Therapy Services in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic. This clinician-first environment emphasizes manageable caseloads, autonomy, and a pathway to leadership as the center expands.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families. We offer hybrid work, a competitive salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK).
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Analyze data and adjust programming based on progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers through training and coaching.
• Maintain BACB compliance and high clinical standards.
