ABLE Kids in Augusta, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a passionate, values-driven team. The role offers a guaranteed base and lucrative bonuses, a Monday–Friday schedule, and one work-from-home day per week in a supportive, autonomy-rich environment.

The BCBA will develop ABA plans, collaborate with families and educators, and monitor progress to achieve meaningful outcomes for young clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ages 2–6.
