Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Augusta, GA and surrounding Macon area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programming in a hybrid in-home/remote model.

You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, document thoroughly, and collaborate with families while enjoying strong admin support and a sustainable caseload.

This role offers both part-time and full-time options with a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and GA Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision of RBTs/BCaBAs.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to work in a hybrid in-home/remote model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Macon, GA and surrounding areas. As a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
