Job summary

Hopebridge in Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized intervention plans and functional behavior assessments for pediatric learners.

You will collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists, supervise RBTs and junior BCBAs, and mentor clinical staff in a center-based setting with a strong mission to serve underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing is required.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete POC updates and treatment planning during work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: provide training to families for consistency across home and clinic.
