Heartlinks ABA seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing, multi-state team. The role involves delivering ABA services in-home and in community settings, under supervision by executive and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in systems such as Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
