Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home visits, supervision, and remote clinical duties. The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time employment and strong clinical support for career growth.

The role requires NC licensure eligibility, a Master’s degree in a related field, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NC licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong clinical communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards
