Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid work setting. The role combines in-home service delivery, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities to support children and families.

The ideal candidate will hold NC licensure or be eligible, possess a Master's in a related field, and demonstrate experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• BCBA certification required or pending licensure in NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals
• Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
