Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

Applicants must hold North Carolina licensure (or be eligible) and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field; prior experience with autism is preferred. The position offers full-time or part-time options, strong clinical support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• NC licensure is required or eligible.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
