Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role in Naperville, IL and surrounding areas. You will lead a transdisciplinary ABA program, supervise BTs, and manage scheduling and administrative tasks to support families and clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or a related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians (BTs) preferred.

• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and coordinate caseloads.
• Ensure scheduling, billing, and credentialing support the clinical team.
