Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid remote role based in Westchester, IL. You will lead a transdisciplinary team delivering neurodiversity-affirming ABA care for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Expect two bonus opportunities, generous PTO (22–26 days first year), CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health coverage including pet insurance. Schedule is set and balanced to support families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and credentialing support to clinicians.
• Provide telehealth where clinically appropriate and determined by BCBA.
