Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Maryland is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that blends remote work with essential in-person client contact. Part-time and full-time applicants are welcome, with an emphasis on Maryland-based evenings.

The position offers $95–$105/hour plus a 20% incentive for meeting the in-person requirement, and up to a $10,000 sign-on for two-year commitments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Ability to meet Maryland licensure/certification requirements.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Evening availability for East Coast hours.
• Telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers to promote skill development.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team.
• Ensure services meet clinical, ethical, and payer requirements.
