Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral analysis services in-home and community settings. The BCBA will be supervised by our Executive Director and Clinical Director to create and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in psychology or related fields with BCBA certification, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and proven management

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community; supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and able to work well in teams.
