Heartlinks ABA NC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with autism in home and community settings across North Carolina. You will design, monitor, and adjust instructional programs under supervision of our Clinical Director.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, staff training, and data-driven progress. A Master's degree and BCBA certification are required, with strong writing and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
