Heartlinks ABA NC in Gastonia, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role includes in-home and community-based services, with supervision by our Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and work well in teams.
