Links ABA, a leader in ABA services, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team across New Jersey. We offer in-home and community-based services, with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

The role emphasizes program development, staff training, and collaborative care for children with autism. We provide a supportive environment with hybrid positions, opportunities for advancement, and free CEUs through in-house trainings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, special education or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children with autism in-home and community settings.
• Develop, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Demonstrate strong organization, motivation, flexibility, and teamwork.
