Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center Inc. seeks a dedicated BCBA for a hybrid, center-based role in Virginia. The BCBA will provide diagnostic and therapy supervision, mentorship, and professional growth while balancing remote days and in-person duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current Georgia BCBA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess children using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST and FBA as needed.
• Maintain assigned caseload of clients.
• Write a comprehensive Individual Plan of Care and Behavior Support Plan.
• Develop and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Create recommendations for comprehensive services.
• Provide consultation, training and collaboration for parents, teachers and staff.
• Staff, train, coach and facilitate treatment teams; monitor programs.
• Ensure medical record documentation compliance.
• Lead through hands-on training and ethical conduct modeling.
• Monitor daily performance of assigned RBTs.
