Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our center-based team in Georgia. The role emphasizes high-quality clinical care, mentorship, and professional growth with a flexible schedule including remote days.

You will assess children, develop plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with Speech/OT teams. Competitive base pay, CE stipend, unlimited PTO after 6 months, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification and Georgia BCBA license required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Assess children using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST and FBA as needed.
• Maintain assigned caseload of clients.
• Write Individual Plan of Care and Behavior Support Plan.
• Develop and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Provide consultation and training for parents, teachers, and staff.
• Monitor daily performance of RBTs and ensure documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with Speech/OT teams and contribute to interdisciplinary care.
